Lovely Park Run around Muckross Estate and Killarney Lakes, highest position ever - 26th. Only 30 in the run!!! By chance met up with members of Fiona Gaffney' family!
Katie's Trip
Katie was on her travels this week and took part in a few races.
She also ran a bit with Ben Smith 401, she said:
Fantastic few days representing the Green and Whites all over the place. First was supporting Ben on his 332nd Marathon around Lake Windermere, then down to Conwy for the North Wales Half Marathon. Very different running than I am use to with the first and last mile on the beach but with a mountain put in just for fun. The it was off to Wrexham for a flat 10k raising money for MHD. Both medals had great support and pretty good bling. Felt very proud to be part of this Club.

Stoke Gabriel Carnival 10k
Stoke Gabriel Carnival 10k complete. A lovely low key, friendly run, lovely scenic route with lots of hills, woods, fields and beach.
Club Events
1. Tuesday Club Night is at YTFC 6:30pm 2nd Aug
4. Track session on Friday
5. The Sunday Long Runs will be from Montacute at 9:00 am.
